About MapMeHealthy
A calm online system for movement, nourishment, and longevity.
MapMeHealthy is the online access space for the BalanceHER method. It translates ancient lineage practices into simple, body‑led guidance – without overwhelm, performance pressure, or rigid routines.
What is MapMeHealthy?
MapMeHealthy is not a membership or a course library. It is a continuity space – designed for women who want to stop searching and start returning to their own rhythm.
Everything here is structured around the Three Regions of the Body Map (Upper – Clarity, Middle – Harmony, Lower – Grounding). You can explore freely through Protocols, Food Alchemy, and the Library, or enter the quiet structure of Access for ongoing support.
How MapMeHealthy relates to BalanceHER
BalanceHER is the women’s wellness method. It holds the practices, philosophy, feminine rhythm, and 90‑second rituals rooted in Qigong and TCM.
MapMeHealthy is where you access and practise the method online. It provides the guided body maps, protocols, food guidance, and quiet continuity for daily life.
Together, they form one ecosystem – lineage‑informed, evidence‑aware, and designed for real‑world constraints.
Rooted in lineage, guided by expertise
MapMeHealthy was founded by Amanda Lan – a 7th Duan Shaolin Kung Fu martial artist, 5th Duan International Health Qigong Technical Coach, and Vice President of the SA Health Qigong Association.
The practices draw from:
- Shaolin internal training and martial intelligence
- Traditional Chinese Medicine channel theory
- Yuan Qi Qigong (elder lineage)
- Rhythm‑based nervous system regulation
- Over 35 years of teaching experience – from township halls to international workshops
This is not trend wellness. It is disciplined restoration – translated for modern women.
Part of a wider ecosystem
MapMeHealthy operates within the Shaolin Café Collective, alongside:
- BalanceHER – women’s structured movement practice
- 1MindBodyFitness – martial arts & coaching
- Zen Deezign – creative strategy & systems thinking
- Kung Fu Rise – youth mentorship
- The Give Back Project – community reciprocity
We are formally affiliated with the International Health Qigong Federation (IHQF) and the Chinese Health Qigong Association (CHQA).
Quiet trust. Real results.
MapMeHealthy does not offer medical advice or clinical treatment. We provide embodied self‑regulation tools – movement, breath, and nourishment strategies – grounded in lineage and supported by physiological evidence.
Every practice is:
- Trauma‑informed
- Adaptable for hormonal transitions
- Designed for low cognitive load
We believe in small, repeatable actions – not intensity, not perfection.
The body is a map. Listen where it speaks.
